As a registered California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) contractor, we are fully licensed, insured, and capable of providing Performance and Payment Bonds up to $14 million. Our team is experienced in prevailing wage compliance, project documentation, scheduling, coordination, and quality control, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
From site preparation through final inspection, we work closely with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with all contract requirements.

CMU Block Wall & Metal Work
Construction of CMU block walls, including reinforcing steel, grout placement, and masonry installation.
TI Work
Provided project management and scheduling services for a tenant improvement project, including lighting, flooring, staining, and painting upgrades.
Assembly Room Restorations
Provided project scheduling, coordination, and construction management services to support the timely completion of public facility improvements.

Built cast-in-place concrete stairways using custom formwork to meet project specifications and site requirements.

Employee Breakroom Kitchen
Performed a complete interior remodel, including demolition, T-bar ceiling installation, plumbing and electrical improvements, custom shelving, and finish work to modernize the space.
Employee Restroom Remodel
Performed a complete bathroom and locker room renovation, including demolition, framing modifications, tile work, lighting upgrades, painting, and fixture installation.
Pedestrian Bridge Refurbishment
Comprehensive rehabilitation of the Pomona Pedestrian Train Station Bridge, including demolition, concrete stairs, metal work, walkway flooring, LED lighting, painting, and tile installation. Managed Union Pacific Railroad coordination, permitting, and safety requirements throughout construction.
